Course Description:

This course is designed to familiarize the participant with applicable Federal and State regulations and case laws regarding small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) utilization.

Course Audience:

Any government personnel

Course Requirements:

Currently employed by a public safety agency

Course Goal:

To familiarize the participant with applicable Federal and State regulations regarding small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) utilization.

Course Objectives:
The participant will be able to understand all Federal and State regulations regarding UAS deployments.
The participant will be able to identify applicable case laws regarding sUAS deployments.
The participant will be able to identify applicable counter sUAS statutes
