Euthanasia Technician: Initial Level


This course provides the required training for performing animal euthanasia in Texas, covering all Texas DSHS-mandated topics and including hands-on practice with dummies. It reviews key laws and guidelines, including:

·        TX HSC 821, Subchapter C (2015)

·        Texas Admin Code 169.81–.84 (2013)

·        AVMA Euthanasia Guidelines (2020)

Class begins at 7AM and goes till 6PM
